Privacy Notice
We find your privacy important. In order to register for the Santen account self-service portal, you will be requested to provide your name and personal contact details, such as personal email address and/or mobile number; this can be your Santen mobile number or your personal mobile number.
The requested personal information is strictly necessary and will only be accessed and processed by Santen (and Microsoft) for the purposes of registering and activating your user account. Please note that the information itself will be securely stored within infrastructure systems owned and maintained by Santen and third-party service providers acting on Santen’s behalf, in countries where the level of data protection might not be the same as in your country of residence.
The processing of your data will be done in accordance with the law and Santen internal policies and procedures.
In order to use the Santen Account Self-Service Portal, you need to click on the ‘I understand’ button to acknowledge the processing of your data for the above purposes. We will make use of cookies to store your acknowledgement.
